Residential Property Management – A discounted 6% management fee on any rental properties owned by a Taupō Business Chamber Member.

Commercial – A $10,000 reduction in the sales fee for any commercial property over $1,000,000 owned by a Taupō Business Chamber Member.

Commercial Leasing – A discounted one-month rental fee on the first lease of any commercial property owned by a Taupō Business Chamber Member.
