This month’s we’re talking Strength Swap – because most of us undervalue our own strengths simply because they feel easy to us. We assume if it’s easy for us, it must be easy for everyone. In small groups you’ll each name a strength, swap stories, and walk away hearing what others actually see in you (often not what you expected!).
