Canva’s new AI tools
We recently held a lunchtime Canva session with Deiryn from Confinement. The hour and a half focused on the new AI tools Canva has released, plus a short session on creating reels.
A few highlights from the guide:
- Magic Design turns a prompt or uploaded media into a starting layout
- Magic Write drafts, rewrites and adapts copy for different tones
- Magic Media creates images, graphics and video concepts from text
- Magic Edit and Magic Eraser let you tweak or clean up parts of an image
- Background Remover and Magic Grab make it easy to lift a subject out and reuse it elsewhere
- Magic Expand and Magic Resize adapt a design to fit a new frame or format
